This home feels completely different from your typical NYC studio apartment, due to the apartment’s lofty feeling that comes from the generous windows that extend from floor to ceiling.  This light filled space is also cleverly laid out, with an alcove that separates the bedroom from the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen.  Two zones, living and dining, delineate the public space through their furniture layouts.  The furniture & furnishings are mostly muted & transitional which create a calming and comforting respite from the busy city. The apartment is filled with works of art, which include those created by the owner and their family members.  These cherished works imbue both dynamism due to their coloring & bring a true feeling of being home.
