The replacement of the historic steel sash windows prompted this client to update this prewar apartment.  The project included a kitchen renovation that transformed it into a functional and airy room.  The refinishing of the original wood floors sealed with a clear stain, painting the walls warm tranquil neutrals, and the installation of new lighting throughout the apartment brightened the space while maintaining a tranquil feeling.  New carpeting infused color into the palette.

This project was completed while working as a Project Architect for Duke Beeson Architect in NYC.
